Our Honor-Winning Medical Center

Everyone who wears Saint Francis’ torch on their chest, physically or figuratively, belongs to a shared history of servant leadership, regardless of where they are in the health system. The 10 guiding principles of servant leadership are: stewardship, dedication to people’s progress, listening, empathy, recuperation, awareness, argumentation, conceptualization, foresight, and community building.

Although this tradition has been around for sixty years, its roots go back centuries. It has provided care for countless numbers of patients and involved thousands of individuals, but its foundation was set by three guiding principles:

Trust. Hard work. Objective.

The Saint Francis staff has been able to consistently elevate the standard of healthcare in Oklahoma because of this history. In fact, according to U.S. News & World Report’s 2021–22 Best Hospital Rankings, we were named Oklahoma’s top hospital this year.
